Hi ho, hi ho, it's back to university we go~?
I don't think I want to go back to university, but it looks like I don't have a choice. ;; It'll be cool to see all my friends again every day, especially the ones I didn't see a lot over the holidays! And maybe I'll make new friends this year. ^^
I still haven't decided if I'm going to stay at home with the kittens and niichan (I think?) or go to stay in a dorm. :| Has anyone been to the dorm rooms yet to see what they're like?

I'm almost back in Japan! :DD You can all feel free to celebrate now.
I'm still curious if anyone knows anything about the University, since term should be starting soon, shouldn't it?
And, um. Egypt was fun. ^_^ I'll miss it, but I am glad to be back so I can see my friends and Jiichan again. But I probably should have slept more on the plane instead of playing games because I feel kinda ... exhausted again? x_X
Anzu, Jounouchi, Honda, Ryou - we all need to go out, and soon!

We don´t know where niichan is or if he´s in the tomb yet or anyhting. Varon keeps complaining about not having enough alcohol I had to hide some; I can't be bothered with Varon getting drunk when niichan could be anywhere.
We both went looking but we can´t find him and no one else knows where he is. I even asked the museum curator, but I didn't mention the tomb, just in case.
I´m terrified in case he doesn't come back like Mom and Dad didn't. It´s the same place they died and it could be the same place he dies and even if I have Jiichan and my friends I´ll be on my own because I've never been meant to lose my niichan; he's the one I´m never supposed to lose. Varon said something about niichan being mad at him, and if 'something happens' down the tomb, then ... and he just trails off. ...we should really have more faith in him, even though I do, I definitely do, but. It's far too dangerous and I'm scared.

Well, niichan's gone to visit Varon in Australia, leaving yours truly to bring Egypt to its knees >:D in Egypt. He sold the mummified hand and lizard, though, so I don't have to worry about being strangled in my sleep or anything.
Aaand. Nothing's really happening here. I made friends with a stray cat that wanders around outside the hotel, though. The hotel staff say that they've been feeding her scraps for a year and she's going to have kittens soon. I should still be in Egypt then; I really wanna see the kittens. Niichan, would Jiichan be happy if I happened to bring a little stray kitten back to Japan, or is the one you bring back enough? :3
I have tanlines where my collar usually is. It's just got one big white line around my neck. :| Looks like I won't be taking my collar off in public for a while.
Um. I can't think of anything else to report, so, I'll go find the Bastet again. Yes, they really called her that. :D

...niichan won a mummified hand cobra kissing. I'm convinced that it's gonna come to life and strangle us in our sleep.
In which case, I'm leaving it to Anzu to avenge my death. :|
Oh, and there's a mummified lizard too. It's kinda small and I dunno what kind it is. Maybe a baby monitor lizard or something. As for that, I think it's going to come alive and summon a monitor lizard army. We can just hope nothing happens now.

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get round to updating, but I guess I kinda forgot? ^^'
It's brilliant being back in Egypt. Everything's warm and gold, not cold and steel, like Japan. It's the colours I really love, I think. The desert's gold, and the market stalls are all sorts of colours. I've been to Japanese markets where all the foods and kimono fabrics are bright and colourful, but it's not the same as Egypt. They burn incense and sell more spicy foods than Japan; I've learned that I prefer spicy foods. Some of the things I can remember my mother making, but it's not really ... too strong a memory. But I learned my lesson about eating raw chillies, even when advised not to.
Niichan has taken up kissing cobras, but he told me "Absolutely not." I can kinda understand that, since I was bitten by a cobra when I tried to hug one aged six or something.
I like the Egyptian people better, too. Once they figure out you're not a tourist, at least. I'm tanning really well, too! I'd forgotten how dark my skin can turn, especially so quickly. Niichan's, too.
I've spent a bit of time around the museums and exploring the area. I met a few people and asked them if they knew my parents, or our house, but none of them knew. Niichan's been meeting with people from the museum, but they haven't been too useful either. There's someone who knows what we need to know, though, so it's just a matter of finding them.

Well, as it turns out, I'm not a prophet. :| I'm just hoping they win against Croatia, because there's still some way they can get into the next round, I think?
Anyway! Niichan and I are definitely going to Egypt now, and I think we're leaving on the twenty first. ... Which means I really should start packing, or at least start thinking about it. Which I might well go do now, or at least after a few more minutes of not doing anything worth while.

I got up the other morning to go and get tea, but instead found the kitchen covered in cookies. I thought I was still dreaming but it hurt when I accidentally walked into the door and then I remembered waking up around 3am hearing niichan and Varon shutting cupboards in the kitchen. Once they woke up, niichan told me they're having a bake sale. Which he's already posted about, but I had nothing else to say in an update. If I were a meaner brother, I'd have said something about Girl Scouts, but I'm not. ... does this count as having said it?
Um. There hasn't been much to do recently. I've helped Jiichan in the Game shop - he's going to give niichan and I money to go to Egypt - and, well, that's it really. I beat Jiichan at Duel Monsters four times in a row. I finally got round to watching some of the movies lying around I hadn't seen - 'The Exorcism of Emily Rose', the Amityville Horror films and 'Superstition'. I don't normally bother watching horror movies, hence why it's taken me months to get round to watching them, but I guess they were ok. I didn't know 3am was supposed to be the hour of the demons, although it fits niichan and Varon. Maybe their cookies hold evil, demonic powers and will possess anyone that eats them. I should probably start filming this, if that's the case. I could direct horror movies!
I think we're leaving for Egypt pretty soon now. Jou, Ryou, Honda, Anzu and maybe Noa? If you wanna hang out before I leave then drop a comment or something.

I've managed to reach 7024 now. This game really is addictive. Although it might be better with different speeds or moving blocks. But if you had the moving blocks then I guess you'd need the option to hover. But the game is still good the way it is. I'm not exactly sure what makes it so addictive, so if anyone does then I'd like to hear about it.
Bakura, have you decided if I can have the frog yet? Please?
Niichan, have you been playing the Copter game too?
Ryou-kun, do you still want to go to the arcade? And have you heard anything from your brother?
